Exhibitors

Move In:


Monday 4:30 P.M. – 9:30 PM.
Tuesday 8:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.

All exhibitors must enter and exit via the ramp, located in the rear Northwest corner of the building, for setup. You can park your car and bring your samples up the ramp. Or drive your vehicle up the ramp to unload. Move your vehicle immediately upon unloading to allow other exhibitors access. There are rear loading docks that can accommodate large trucks with direct access at dock height.

All exhibitors must check in at the registration desk prior to setting up to receive their badges and any additional instructions. Badges must be worn at all times while in the exhibition hall. This is for everyone’s protection.

All requests for any additional services should be made at the registration desk only. There will be signup sheets for each service. Add your name and booth number to these sheets for your requests to be addressed as quickly as possible.

This is a non union hall so you will be able to trim your booths and hang your lights unassisted. There is a maximum of 800 watts of lighting per 10ft. booth. This will be strictly enforced. There will be a fine of $100 for any booth not adhering with these requirements. We do not want any black outs of any booths during the show. 


Move Out:

The move out procedures will be the same as the move in however in reverse. All exhibitors must exit from the show via the rear ramp. All exhibitors are required to maintain their booth until the show’s 7:00 P.M. closing time. It is a courtesy to both retailers and your fellow exhibitors to do so. The rear doors will not be opened for exit until the show is closed and all retailers are off of the show floor.  



Freight Procedures

Packages

Freight will be accepted at the Convention Center from October 13th – October 21st. There will be no acceptance of freight prior to July 14th. If you do send packages the convention center charges for this service based on the weight for each package.

Packages will be accepted through the show. However, it is advised and encouraged that your companies ship your samples directly to you prior to the show so you can hand carry them in and avoid these charges.

If you do need to use this service here are the charges.

 0 – 20 lbs  $6.00
21– 50 lbs $10.00
51– 75 lbs $16.00

You will be billed by the convention center upon delivery and all charges must be paid in full prior to the receipt of your packages.

Drayage

If you are going to be shipping in heavy freight, such as hard wall booths or equipment, this must be shipped to our show contractor, Indestructo. They will bill you directly. Please refer to the exhibitor tab on the website, “Drayage and Bill of Lading” and follow the guidelines listed there (direct link here).
